CUSTOMER SERVICE / E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT (Eastleigh)
- Based in our Eastleigh Head Office and Distribution Centre, Hampshire.
- Full time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
- Weekend and evening working required during the summer peak period, on a rota basis.

The customer service / E-Commerce assistant reporting to the E-Commerce Manager.
- Communicate with customers regarding order queries via phone or email
- Print, process and pack customer orders
- Send out orders via post or courier
- Locate and pick products in the warehouse, for them to either be delivered to the shops or for E-Commerce customer orders
- Liaise with relevant colleagues at head office, or in the shops, regarding specific items, stock levels or queries
- Support new starters and temporary staff with learning the role
- Keep the warehouse and webmail departments clean, tidy and safe
- Complete relevant e-learning courses and follow all applicable health and safety policies and procedures.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse / E-Commerce / stock environment
- Able to communicate well and clearly to everyone you are working with.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with customer enquiries made via phone/email.
- Can work diligently and enthusiastically as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure and be flexible.
- Have problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Able to reasonably commute to our Eastleigh Head Office and Distribution Centre, Hampshire.

Providing customer services support via email and phone call, will support the web team by picking and processing customer orders via the website.
The role is interlinked and will cover some Warehouse duties at times, there will be a requirement to train in the other departments. We will require training in both areas to ensure flexibility and cover during holiday and sickness periods.
